Job Description: '¢ Attend on-the-job training of SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Software Implementation (initial 3 months) conducted by Rolling Arrays SF Expert team. '¢ Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design/re-design and/or organization structure definition. '¢ Perform system configuration and user training. '¢ Analyze Customer's requirements and propose the best possible solution mapping possible with in the product features. '¢ Work with Project Manager and Solution teams to deliver SAP SuccessFactors projects. Job Requirements: '¢ Bachelors' in Information Technology or Computer Science or Human Resources. '¢ Fluent written and spoken English language skills. '¢ Strong desire to make a career in HR Advisory and SAP SuccessFactors/ HR Cloud Software Implementation Projects.
To Establish and operate a Global Business Services Centre rendering Business Process Outsourcing services in Human Resources functions mainly on: 1) HR Transformation Support 2) HRIS Implementation Support 3) HR System Support Provision of implementation, technical services and maintenance related to the above-mentioned services.
