Dispatch Admin Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collect, deliver, and dispatch legal documents, parcels, and files to and from courts, clients, government agencies, and other external parties.
- Ensure prompt, secure, and accurate delivery of sensitive materials.
- Maintain proper records of deliveries, including time, date, recipient, and location.
- Assist with urgent dispatch tasks as needed.
- Take care of the company motorbike (if assigned) or use personal bike; ensure it is well-maintained and roadworthy.
- Perform basic admin duties including data entry, photocopying, scanning and filing
- Assist the office team with general administrative coordination and document handling.
- Run office errands as instructed by the management or legal team.
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
**Requirements**:
- SPM or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Possess a valid motorcycle license and own a motorbike.
- Familiar with routes within KL and Selangor
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters.
- Good time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
License/Certification:
- motorcycle license (B2) (preferred)
