**Requirements**
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Fresh graduates / school leavers encouraged to apply
- Experience in retail or F&B would be added advantage.
- Full-time positions (Assistant Supervisor)

**Responsibility**

**Maintaining the level of customer service professionals in promoting the company's products**:

- To maintain a professional standard of customer care in promoting company products & managing an effective team
- Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues
- Motivate & train staffs on the company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills
- Come up with a strategy to achieve sales target
- Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc)
- Provide professional services to customers
