Provide quotations and policy information for takaful customers as requested.
- Handle monthly customer data and input new customer data into records.
- Train and guide colleagues to understand the technical aspects of preparing takaful policies for customers.
- Manage payments from customers to takaful through the company's account according to prescribed SOPs.
- Update monthly customer data and plan forward data management strategies.
- Collaborate in managing motor and non-motor policies from customers to the takaful principal.
- Handle takaful claim systems and submission according to established SOPs.
- Communicate with customers using polite conversation methods through provided copywriting templates and campaign materials.
- Manage work teams with good rules and workload distribution and cooperate with the marketing department for takaful campaign materials for customers.
- Be ready to receive instructions and follow-up actions from the employer regarding new job scope requirements related to the company's business context.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
