**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and manage for all 3PL operations and warehouse activities with Marketing Team to ensure the delivery process meeting with customer needs on cost, speed and reliability.
- Take full responsible for controlling of any related cost, profitable revenue growth and daily budget.
- Strive for continuous improvement for the distribution centre or warehouse by design and implement best practices to achieve best customer experience (CX)/satisfaction.
- Responsible for manage the 3PL revenue growth as aligned with the target set by maintained current customers expand businesses with new customers in current channel & oversea in the business development efforts of on the Sales Team.
- Evaluate and monitor operational risks, develop contingency plans and implement corrective actions.
- Understand and ensure compliance with the import/export regulatory laws as needed; manage relationships with local customs brokers and local authorities as appropriate.
- Develop relationships with key transportation providers, negotiate rates and contracts as needed, and help develop service metrics with all carriers and outsourced partners.
- Ensure the integrity of inventory accuracy and manage stock movements with the help of direct reports.
- Manage internal subordinates and 3PL partners while directing daily operations and set KPIs for the team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Logistics/Warehouse/Supply Chain management
- Prior or current experience in Retail - Apparels is highly preferred.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain management/Business Administration or the equivalent
- Proficient in Warehouse Management System (WMS), Excel, and Power BI systems.
- Strong fluency in the English language - written and spoken.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and possess in-depth knowledge of logistics & inventory systems/processes.
- Able to influence and manage all levels within the organization.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
