As the HSE Leader, you will manage the HSE transition from the project opportunity (ITO), execution through de-mobilization.

As HSE Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining Government HSE compliance, reporting requirements, and managing the adoption of relevant policies and procedures.
- Advising and guiding functional managers regarding compliance to governmental regulations, environmental permitting, improvement projects, and both internal and external processes, and procedures, across APAC Region.
- Leading on internal communication regionally in conjunction with the Inspection HSE leadership team.
- Working with leadership to ensure practical measures are in place within the workplace to control or reduce risk.
- Ensuring compliance with Internal BH HSE requirements through both Self-Assessment and Internal audit.
- Developing and maintenance of risk assessments and local procedures to manage and reduce risk based on contractual, BHI, regulatory and/or client requirements.
- Leading and facilitates Risk Reviews as relevant for business units through ITO, implementation, engineering / preparations, inspections, and audits.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's from an accredited uni or college
- Have at least 7 yr of experience in Environmental Health & Safety/ Oil & Gas Field
- Have significant experience in HSE operations.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs/projects.
- Have thorough understanding of local regulations and the regulatory process;
- Have the ability to document, plan, market and execute programs.
- Have the ability to travel on regular basis
