- English proficiency **B2 CEFR level or higher** (verbal and written)
- ** Skills & Competencies**
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to train diverse groups
- Ability to adapt training content across multiple programs/accounts
- Proficiency in training needs analysis, content development, and evaluation of training effectiveness
- Have strong learning ability, error correction ability and question-answering ability, and good presentation skills.
- Familiar with the composition of the training system and proficient in making various types of training materials.

**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver new hire onboarding training, including company orientation, product knowledge, customer service techniques, and system navigation.
- Conduct refresher courses and ongoing training sessions to address performance gaps and process updates.
- Support training needs identified through quality monitoring, coaching sessions, and operations feedback.
- Prepare and update training materials, manuals, and learning modules to ensure relevance and accuracy.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Track training attendance, completion rates, and assessment results for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with Training Manager, Operations, and Quality teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates and inspires learners.
