**工作职责**

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.根据部门生产计划，制作班组计划，并组织实施生产；

2. 维护生产秩序，合理协调各种资源，保证生产顺畅运行；

3. 根据生产计划，做到稳定生产，及时跟踪生产进度（包括质量、产量、效率）；

4. 及时解决生产线发生的问题，出现重大问题时要及时上报；

5. 负责5S管理，做到文明生产；

6. 提高员工安全意识，做到安全生产；

7. 负责员工出勤、加班申请、请假等日常考勤管理；

8. 做好日常统计工作，做好相关工作报表工作，并对报表数据进行分析；

9. 做好日常交接班工作，避免因交接班不当造成生产混乱或延误；

10. 主持召开班组工作例会，做好员工调动、激励、考核、培训等日常管理工作；

11. 部门其它事宜及上级安排的其它工作。

1. According to the production plan, make the shift plan, and organize the implementation of production;
2. Maintain production order, reasonably coordinate various resources to ensure smooth operation of production;
3. Stable production according to production plan, timely track production progress (including quality, output and efficiency);
4. Solve the problems of the production line in time, and report the major problems in time;
5. Responsible for 5S management to achieve civilized production;
6. Raise employees' awareness of safety and ensure safe production;
8. Perform daily statistical work, complete related work reports, and analyze the report data;
9. Perform daily shift handover work to avoid production chaos or delay caused by improper shift handover;
10. Preside over and hold regular team work meetings, and do well in staff transfer, motivation, assessment, training and other daily management work;
11. Other tasks assigned by the department and superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
