**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the R&D department in all research and development of new products and existing products; food & beverages categories (dairy, juices, food supplements and others).
- Evaluate current and new/alternative raw materials and packaging materials when necessary.
- Involve in conducting sensory evaluation and shelf life determination & stability study toward new product & existing products.
- Responsible in prepare/produce the product samples and maintain the final product samples; OEM’s clients and in-house projects.
- Assist in production trials and first commercial run of new product.
- Record every product data in terms of formulation history and sample availability.
- Record product data analysis and specifications of products.
- Update all R&D documentation and daily analysis records and maintained filed in accordingly.
- Ensure facilities and equipment are organized and well maintained.
- Perform QC such as sensory and visual checks on all finished products (upon requested), new samples prepared, shelf-life samples to observe quality and taste.
- Maintain and organize product samples from spot checks for quality review.
- Maintain the R&D laboratory and ensure cleanliness within the laboratory.
- Assist in the running and maintenance of instruments/equipment’s.
- Provide troubleshooting supports as needed.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferably male.
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance and manner.
- Good oral and written communication skills (English & BM) (e.g. report writing and presentation).
- Team player mindset with communication & collaboration skills.
- Meticulous and pays attention to details.
- Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Must be able to travel.
- No work experience required (fresh graduates are welcome), but working experience in food industry before is an advantage.
