**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Social Media Management
- Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visuals.
- Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights for improvement.
- Content Creation & Marketing
- Assist in developing high-quality digital content, including graphics, videos, reels, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging marketing assets.
- Write compelling captions, blog posts, and promotional content that align with brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends to incorporate new content strategies.
- Product Upload, Retail Marketing & E-Commerce Management
- Ensure timely and accurate uploading of product listings, descriptions, and images on the Puncak Alam Motoworld platform.
- Promote new and ongoing campaigns on retail level.
- Optimize product listings with relevant keywords and SEO-friendly descriptions.
- Work with the operations team to ensure inventory and product details are up to date.
- Monitor and maintain product accuracy, making updates as needed.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or e-commerce management. Experience in retail marketing is a plus. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
- Experience in product uploads, e-commerce platforms, or content management systems (CMS).
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for motorcycles or experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
