Project Planner

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project schedule that outlines the sequence of activities, milestones, and critical paths required for the successful completion of the rail project.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify resource requirements for each activity in the project schedule, including labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Monitor the progress pf activities and update the project schedule accordingly, using project management software or scheduling software as required.
- Conduct schedule analysis to identify potential delays, critical path activities, and areas where the project schedule can be optimized.
- Facilitate regular meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and update stakeholders on any schedule changes or impacts.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes, variations, or scope adjustments on the project schedule.
- Generate regular reports on schedule performance, including progress reports, critical path analysis, and earned value analysis.
- Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Senior Management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction project.
- Experience in using project management software or scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach to work.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Min.5 year's of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with software Primavera P6.
- Able to base and work at Setiu,Terengganu.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Setiu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
