**Responsibilities**:
- Take overall responsibility for the operations and performance of Titimas Group of Companies, with a specific focus on Titimas Shipping & Trading Sdn Bhd and Titimas Logistics Sdn Bhd.
- Actively assess and recommend solutions that align with evolving customer needs, adding value for both the customer and the company.
- Manage outstanding receivables for assigned customers, ensuring timely collection.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Team and Operations to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Monitor market trends daily to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Update and maintain lifting reports and sales costing to evaluate profit and loss.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Address client concerns, including inquiries related to losses.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors and management across the Group of Companies.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum SPM or a Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales, key account management, or a similar role.
- Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to perform under pressure.
- Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Highly motivated to take on challenges and meet sales targets.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented in managing customer accounts and relationships.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
