**Job Summary**
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets, grow market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and collaboration with other departments to drive business success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Leadership**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
- Drive sales activities to meet or exceed monthly and annual goals.
- **Team Management**:
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve skills and performance.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer complaints promptly.
- Promote loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance customer retention.
- **Market and Competitor Analysis**:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve the company’s market position.
- **Sales Operations**:
- Oversee the preparation and execution of sales agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data and performance metrics.
- **Budget and Financial Management**:
- Develop and manage the sales department budget.
- Monitor sales expenses and implement cost-control measures.
- Ensure profitability through effective pricing and discount management.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in sales reporting tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
