**Job Summary**:
This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and interns.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
- Assist in organizing HR-related events, such as training sessions, team-building activities, and company engagements.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and organizing relevant data.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks such as preparing letters, filing, and documentation.
- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and policies to support HR initiatives.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and feedback collection.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR initiatives.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
