Business Analysis Specialist Iv

As a Business Analysis Specialist IV, you will collaborate with business units or functional groups to clarify and communicate business requirements, assuring products and services are aligned with business needs. You will become business or function specialist, can be technology generalists or specialists, providing an array of services such as business process improvement, priority-setting facilitation, project definition or design, and broker IT and contract services. A strong understanding of how IT affects an organization and ability to link it to redesigned business processes. You will be based in Subang Jaya, Selangor and will report directly to IT Manager II. **Main Responsibilities** - Ability to rapidly assimilate assigned business products and processes. - Experience gathering requirements, functional design, testing and training. - Good technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical solutions to the users. - Experience with software development and release methodologies. - Clarify business requirements, implement future state process improvements. - Have strong problem solving skills and able to discuss potential solutions with your - Supervisor prior to review with business personnel. - Assist the project team with transformation, load, and validation of master data. - Ability to lead and deliver small projects. - Support software delivery as needed with specifications, users stories development and acceptance testing. - Support system configurations, enhancements (monthly builds) and integrations. - Provide ongoing support for previously launched system globally as needed. - Able to attend meetings after hours when necessary. **Qualifications** - A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering. - Minimum 3+ years of IT business process, or consulting roles work experience is required. - Strong analytical and conceptual skills. - Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical skills. - Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. - Track record of participation on IT project teams and/or global system implementations. - Experience in gathering requirements, functional design, system testing and training. - Knowledgeable in SQL queries and programming languages (for eg.
