**Responsibilities**:
Manage Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in the (Food Service, FMCG, F&B, HORECA, Wholesale & Retail) sectors.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Manage Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work towards target to identify and engage potential clients to expand the retail distribution channel.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Manage Sales Execution:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients.
Manage Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights and market demands.
- Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes. Maintain relevant customer data in appropriate customer relationship management databases
- Maintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues
- Respond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products
Manage Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
**Requirements**:
- 3-4 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in the (Food Service, FMCG, F&B, HORECA, Wholesale & Retail) industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate in sport and nutrition industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
