To be able to handle full spectrum of HR functions that include, but not limited to, the administration of all statutory requirements i.e., Socso, EPF, Income Tax, Labour Office, IR Dept. and others.
Monitor and review HR policies & procedures.
Attend to all HR/Admin official correspondences, internal as well as external.
Responsible to administrate payroll activities such as processing employee monthly claim.
Maintain and update HR records such as personal documents, employee’s personal information and leave records.
Attend to all disputes and disciplinary problems involving employees and assist in resolving them.
Handling ad-hoc or any other related task that may be assigned to you from time to time.
Ensures proper flow of general office operations and support different departments by carrying out common office duties.
Assist in compilation of claims submissions and ensuring all necessary documentations are correct and well justified

**Requirement**

Possess a degree in Human Resource Management
At least 1 - 2 years hands-on working experience in Human Resources Management
(Fresh Graduate in Human Resource Management is encouraged to apply)

Knowledge in Employment Act and related statutory requirement.
Work effectively in a team environment and also able to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal, time management skill, high initiative, independent, hardworking and responsible.
Good communication and written skills in English Language and Bahasa Melayu.
Good team player that can work collaboratively with internal & external parties.
