**UCT** is looking for a talented **Trade Control Specialist** to join us in **Malaysia**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage all operations in logistics to ensure that all activities carry out safely, efficiently and on time delivery the shipment to customer promises.
- Report to Logistics Department Malaysia in accordance to import/export compliance and operations.
- Support and assist Logistics department to develop a robust trade compliance process including automate the Custom Reporting and Reconciliation Process; LMW and Sub-contract renew to prepare for any Custom/Government Authorization Audit.
- Collaborate with Global Trade Compliance (GTC), internal stakeholders (Legal, Site Finance, REO-Security, IT, etc. and logistics operations to ensure that that US, local Malaysia and other countries compliance requirements are implemented and maintained.
- Assist the department for AEO certification awareness training, assessment and audit.
- Responsible to ensure compliance of Harmonized System (HS) Codes and Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) or Malaysia Strategic Export Control Code for Malaysia Shipment Transfer Approval (STA).
- Liaise with all the government bodies (MIDA, MITI, GPB & Others)
- Submit monthly customs report (M1, M2, M4 & Others)
- Carry out other job responsibilities as assigned by the department as necessary.

**Educational/Certification Requirement**:

- Diploma in logistic or equivalent and at least 5 years of relevant experience in managing a team of warehouse assistants, proficiency in warehouse report.

**Experience Requirement**:

- Work in **fast pace manufacturing environment**.
- With forklift experience and license preferred
- Basic knowledge of PC skills
- Knowledge of logistics compliance
- Hardworking and a team player.
- Advance Skill:

- SAP knowledge
