**Qualification**:
**1. Academic Qualification**
** A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any dicipline.
**2. Skills**
- Fundamental understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Ability to follow standard operating procures and escalate issues when necessary
- Customer-focused attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work effictively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems will be an added advantage.
**3. Working Experience**
- 0-1 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service roles.
- Internship or practical training experience in a service desk or technical support setting will be an added advantage.
**4. Others**
- Willing to work from Sunday to Thursday (if required).
- Willing to work on a shift basis (if required).
**List of Responsibilities**:
2. Ensure weekend support coverage as part of a scheduled rotation, maintaining consistent service quality every day of the week.
3. Proactively manage and monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), taking preventive action to
avoid any potential breaches
4. Handling customer service desk online system.
5. Managing incoming call and customer queries efficiently to ensure seamless experiences.
6. Issue and provide a log number for customers to reference, account managers and support staff.
7. Coordinating assistance and support services to deliver customer requirements to support units - Technical and Applications or the relevant part.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth escalation of complex cases.
9. Check the status of the complaint to the customer and provide the latest information when needed.
11. Maintain a customer-first mindset by being empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
