**Position**: Admin
**Location**: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
**Workdays**: 5 days/week
**Job summary**:
Lead the company’s digital transformation journey; including automation and change management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain filing systems—both physical and digital—for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR, finance, or other departments with administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations as requested.
- Assist in organizing company events, training, or activities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum: SPM / Diploma (for entry-level roles)
- Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of admin or office support experience (can vary).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
