Temporary Admin Assistant

To provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office during a temporary period. The role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can assist with documentation, data entry, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and handling correspondence.
- Manage and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Assist in data entry and ensure accuracy of records in databases or spreadsheets.
- Prepare documents, reports, and basic presentations as required.
- Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Order and monitor office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Location : Johor Bahru
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: RM1,040.18 - RM2,000.00 per month
