Assistant Executive, Human Resources

**Main Task**
1. Responsible to manage monthly payroll accurately and to provide payroll documents and submit timely as per schedule.
2. Ensure all employees overtime are correct and within the law requirements.
3. Prepare all related payroll documentations for audit purposes.
5. Ensure all employees data in Payroll system and Sucess Factors are up to date and correct
6. Ensure timely renewal of ALL licenses and permit under Human Resources Department
7. To actively participate in any Engagement Activities organized by HR Department
**Supporting Task**
2. Assist in preparation for new joiner briefing and new joiner documentation
3. Assist in ensuring facilities related to HR Department, follow the standard GMP, HACCP and FSSC (ISO standard)
4. Assist in Training arrangements (internal / external)
5. Any other reasonable duties as assigned / instructed by Superior
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
