**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies and policies across the organization.
- Conduct ESG risk assessments and materiality analysis to identify key priorities and focus areas.
- Monitor ESG performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate ESG initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.
- Develop and manage the ESG reporting framework, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to ESG.
- Lead employee training and awareness programs on sustainability and ESG initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes.
- Facilitate communication and marketing efforts to promote the company's ESG efforts and achievements.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in managing and executing ESG programs and initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for sustainability and social responsibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM12,000.00 per month
