As a Barista, you are responsible for serving customers in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent customer experience.

A Barista will also be required to have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, according to customer’s order
- Serve prepared foods which is inclusive of but not limited to pastries, ice cream, desserts
- Operate till drawers or cash registers and issue receipt to customers
- Manage multi payments platform and process returns or refunds when necessary
- Assist in stock arrangement and product merchandising
- Ensure counter area is clean and perform dish and utensils cleaning.
- Manage customers in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of F&B menu which is inclusive of product, promotion and pricing
- Ensure menu offerings are is ready and well prepared
- Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues or customer complaint
- Ensure Food and Beverage orders are of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timely manner
- Practice grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene
- Comply with company's HSE Regulations
**Requirements**:
Minimum education qualification : SPM

Years of relevant experience : 1-2 years related experience preferably in F&B preparation and customer service.

Knowledge in Food Hygiene Regulations is added advantage.
