Location: Kuala Lumpur

Working hours: 10am - 7pm (Monday - Friday)

**Job Description**:
1. Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to our platform.

2. Responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities.

3. Improve platform users’ search experience by determining their search needs through query and tools, and subsequently to sort it out by classification of requirements.

4. Undergo weekly and bi-monthly search quality assessments to ensure current practice is in accordance with evaluation standard documents.

5. Review the types of bad search cases and rate the quality of the results.

6. Provide ideal search labelling results and suggestions for policy improvement.

Requirement:
1. Minimum at least 1-2 yrs of exposure to search engine optimization, search lab or any other search related business experiences. SEO, SEM and/or PPC.

2. Familiarity with search engines and algorithms of any social media platform would be a plus point.

3. Possess cultural sensitivity and understanding relating to global/ regional current affairs. Familiarity with internet and regulations, in particular reviewing online content, would be a good plus.

4. Pay attention to detail and have a passion for maintaining a high standard work.

5. Have the resilience and persistence handle routine daily tasks efficiently an accurately.

6. Experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment is a plus.

7. Comfortable with and understand that job requires reviewing internet content may be deemed inappropriate and / or contain explicit materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
