**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**(1) Event Planning and Management**
- Plan, organize, and manage events, including corporate events, conferences, product launches, trade shows, weddings, and other gatherings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and budget for the event.
- Develop event concepts, layouts, and schedules based on client requirements and budget constraints.

**(2) Budgeting and Cost Management**
- Create detailed budgets for events, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while meeting client expectations.
- Monitor expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors, and track budget performance.

**(3) Vendor and Venue Coordination**
- Source and coordinate with vendors for catering, decor, audio/visual services, and other event needs.
- Research and secure appropriate venues based on event requirements, audience size, and budget.

**(4) Logistics and Operation**
- Develop and oversee event timelines, setups, and breakdowns.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
- Coordinate transportation, lodging, and other logístical details for attendees if required.

**(5) Marketing and Promotion**
- Develop promotional materials and manage event registration processes if necessary.

**(6) On-site Management**
- Serve as the main point of contact on event day, managing staff, vendors, and any arising issues.
- Ensure events adhere to health, safety, and company standards.
- Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot problems as they occur.

**(7) Post Event Analysis and Reporting**
- Gather feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate the event’s success.
- Analyze event performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for future events.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
