**Job Purpose**:
To ensure the company’s facilities are maintained to the highest standard, supporting smooth daily operations, workplace safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out **day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks** for building, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Monitor and ensure **cleanliness, safety, and functionality** of the premises.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Support **office moves, furniture setup, and space planning** as required.
- Conduct **regular inspections** to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Maintain records of maintenance works, equipment usage, and asset inventories.
- Assist with **facility-related budgeting, procurement, and compliance documentation**.
- Respond promptly to **emergency situations** (e.g., breakdowns, safety hazards).

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Certificate in **Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related field**.
- At least **1-2 years of experience** in facilities or building maintenance (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of **mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems**.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours when needed.
- Team player with attention to detail.
