**Job Purpose**

The Admin Officer will provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing department to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and effective communication within the team and with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, documentation, correspondence, and data entry.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Support the sales team in handling customer enquiries, scheduling appointments, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure proper workflow and approvals.
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date database of customers, prospects, and marketing leads.
- Handle the preparation of agreements, contracts, and other related documents.
- Provide support in organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors for procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative support, preferably in property development, sales, or marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with sales/CRM systems.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Team player with a positive attitude and ability to multitask.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
