Position: Seller Acquisition

**Objective**:
To **identify, onboard, and activate new sellers** by guiding them through the registration process, providing early-stage support, and ensuring a smooth transition into regular operations. The role aims to **drive seller adoption**, maintain engagement, and minimize drop-off by offering consistent follow-up and relationship management during the initial phase.

**Scope of Work**:

- Follow up on leads provided by the acquisition team.
- Assist new sellers through the registration and onboarding process, including account creation and contract signing.
- Provide support during the initial incubation period to ensure seller activation and retention.
- Perform a proper handover of sellers to the backend relationship management team after onboarding is completed.
- Conduct regular outreach to sellers to gather feedback and reduce seller churn.
- Travel to meet sellers on-site at least once a week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
