Smart Tax Consultants Snd Bhd is currently looking to appoint an Taxation Manager to join our taxation team in Cheras Business Centre, Kuala Lumpur office.

Smart Tax Consultants aims to be the leading corporate service provider and top Taxation firm in Cheras Kuala Lumpur providing One-Stop Solution services for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation / Review of tax computation and Form C
- Managing all tax functions including tax planning, identifying tax incentives and providing advice to local and international clients.
- To ensure that all taxation work for our clients is in compliance with the Management and the regulatory requirements.
- Responding and attending to all technical and customer tax queries.
- Problem solving for the staffs and department, on issues like double tax deduction, transfer pricing, etc.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Accounting or Finance, ACCA or equivalent and with Practising Tax License preferred
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience.
- Good knowledge of Income Tax Act and experience in international taxation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both spoken and written in English
- Be resourceful, analytical, independent and meticulous.
- Team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service oriented.
- Mature, creative, dynamic and open-minded with a good sense of business acumen.
- Ability to manage diverse teams
