- Perform all sales duties (sales strategy, prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales enquires and after sales service & administration)
- To understand and compile customers’ feedback and requirements and promote the property to meet sales target
- To conduct marketing research and studies to keep abreast with market demands, trends, pricing and promotional activities
- To work with the creative agency on the display material design and layout such as digital e-marketing, bunting, banner, flyers and any other promotional materials
