We are looking for a passionate and driven Sponsorship Salesperson to join our team and help drive revenue by securing sponsorships for our various initiatives.
**Job Overview**:
The Sponsorship Salesperson will be responsible for securing sponsorship agreements from businesses and organizations for [specific events, projects, teams, or media outlets]. You will work closely with marketing teams and event planners to identify potential sponsors, present sponsorship packages, negotiate deals, and close sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the value of sponsorships and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sponsorship Prospecting**: Identify and research potential sponsors by understanding their marketing goals, industry positioning, and how sponsorship of events, aligns with their objectives.
- **Negotiation & Contracting**: Lead the negotiation of sponsorship packages, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare contracts and close deals.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential sponsors. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging sponsorship opportunities to help craft innovative and appealing packages.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with the logistic team and team leader to ensure sponsor expectations are met and their branding is integrated effectively into events, campaigns, or media placements.
- **Sales Reporting & Targets**: Track sales progress, meet or exceed sponsorship revenue targets, and provide regular sales performance reports to management.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in sponsorship sales, event sales, or related fields minimum of [2] years of experience.
- Strong understanding of sponsorship marketing and how sponsorship can benefit brands.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with senior-level decision-makers.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple sponsorship opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
