**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Learning**
- Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans based on the approved curriculum (e.g., national preschool curriculum, Montessori, or the center's own curriculum).
**Monitoring Child Development**
- Observe, assess, and record the progress and behavior of each child.
- Prepare periodic developmental reports for parents/guardians.
- Provide support to children with additional learning or emotional needs.
**Classroom Management**
- Maintain a clean, safe, and conducive classroom environment.
- Ensure children follow daily routines and classroom rules.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children throughout the day.
**Collaboration & Communication**
- Communicate positively with parents, guardians, and fellow teachers.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school activities.
- Assist with planning and conducting field trips, festive celebrations, and other events.
**Other Duties**
- Help prepare teaching and learning materials.
- Contribute ideas for improving teaching quality and school programs.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM (Malaysian Certificate of Education); Diploma in Early Childhood Education is an advantage.
- Experience working with young children in a kindergarten or childcare setting is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Caring, patient, disciplined, and dedicated to children’s education.
- Creative and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work within the hours and schedule set by the kindergarten.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
