*Responsibilities Include*
- Implement and optimize SEO best practices on websites for search engines.
- Plan, run, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for increased brand awareness and lead conversion.
- Track and monitor web mentions, and identify positive and negative results on search engines and social media for online reputation management.
- Understand the market, localize/transcreate content based on local market trends and consumer behaviors.
- Manage corporate social media accounts, build an online community, foster audience engagement, and responding to feedback.
- Generate and analyze monthly reports for the website and social media to provide actionable insights.
- Liaise closely with Business Ops to execute digital marketing activities.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure all online activities complement offline efforts.
- Work with external parties, such as online media companies, to implement campaigns/projects when necessary.
- Keep abreast of new digital platforms, digital marketing trends, and emerging technologies.
- Perform other duties and projects as necessary to meet company goals in terms of Marketing.

*Requirements*
- 3years of working experience in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape and social media channels.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEO, Geo-targeting, Google Ads, and Social Media Ads preferred.
- Experience in research using multiple sources.
- Ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Independence, creativity, resourcefulness, data orientation, and problem-solving skills.
