**Duties & Responsibilities:

- **
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
- Ensure efficiency targets are achieved and all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.
- Ensure that products are received in good condition and accurate quantity.
- Liaise with supplier to repair, replace or return goods of inferior condition.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
- Attend and chair meetings as and when required.
- Update colleagues / subordinates on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
- Manage, train and supervise subordinates.
- To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management/Superior from time to time.

**Requirements:

- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or similar field.
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess leadership quality.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Able to articulate and possess effective presentation skills.
- Committed and result driven.
- Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
- With strong self-initiative and creative.
- Able to work from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.,
- Off day: One day per week.
- Must be able to work during Saturday and Sunday.
