Warehouse Junior Executive primary duties include daily warehouse planning, receiving/dispatching shipments, handling customer requests and supervising employees. They manage people, systems and processes to make sure that goods are dispatched and received appropriately, and that productivity targets are met. Warehouse Executive are also responsible for warehouse health and safety standards, and the security of the stock and facility.

Essential Duties:

- Assist Warehouse/Logistics Manager in overseeing warehouse daily operations.
- Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower and equipment to perform warehouse duties.
- To supervise a team of supervisors and material handlers, assigning work schedules and monitor team's performance to ensure KPI is achieved.
- Monitor and ensuring operations are promptly executed to avoid unnecessary delay and cost to the company, eg Demurrage and Detention and etc.
- To ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control.
- Assist inventory team to coordinate for cycle count and inventory count.
- Monitor and plan the warehouse usage to ensure warehouse utilization is optimized.
- Monitor work place safety, eg proper stacking/storage of cargo and proper handling of MHE.
- Monitor work place security, eg no unauthorized entry to the warehouse and storage area are well secured (padlocks and alarmed) after working hours.
- To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities and equipment.
- Daily warehouse check and report to management for any abnormal or suspicious activities.
- Constantly checked the condition of the stored cargo. Alert management for any discrepancies/damages found.
- Monitor and ensuring operations team submits all the required reports promptly.
- Ensure functional activities integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, regulatory compliance and customer needs.
- Suggest improvements to improve efficiency, eliminate hazards, feedback on inadequacy of operation control, risk assessment and safe work procedure.
- To fulfil customer request and immediate resolve if complaint raise.
- Performs other job related functions as and when required by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Posses at least Degree.
- Preferably 1 year in Logistics/Supply Chain or similar industry.
- Computer literate and well verse in MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Able to perform effectively in a high pressure and fast paced working environment.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Team player, committed, able to commit to overtime.
- Pro-active, independent and willing to learn.
- Minimum C4 in SPM Mathematics.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Able to work in PKFZ, Pulau Indah Selangor.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
