The **Customer Service Representative at The Nesting Place** is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for new mothers, families, and visitors by delivering exceptional service and support. This role involves handling inquiries, scheduling consultations, managing bookings, and addressing any concerns in a professional and timely manner to promote comfort and satisfaction during the confinement period.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Booking Management**: Handle reservations for confinement stays, consultations, and other services offered by the centre, ensuring accurate scheduling and client details are recorded.
- **Client Support**: Provide clear and empathetic guidance to new mothers and families regarding centre policies, available services, and assistance with any special requirements during their stay.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect feedback from clients and address concerns or complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues to the management when necessary.
- **Documentation**: Maintain up-to-date client records and booking schedules using the centre’s CRM or booking system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with healthcare providers, nurses, and the centre’s management team to ensure smooth service delivery and address any client-specific needs.
- **Billing and Payments**: Manage invoicing and payment processing for client services, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum SPM or Diploma in Customer Service, Hospitality, Healthcare, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or similar sectors

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic in stressful situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
