**Overview**

Are you lively, confident in front of the camera, and passionate about pets? Pets.twentyone, a fast-growing pet retail brand in Malaysia, is looking for a creative and engaging Live Host to drive our TikTok & Shopee livestreaming efforts. In this full-time role, you’ll be the face of our brand, connecting with pet lovers, educating them about our products, and turning views into sales through fun and interactive livestreams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Host daily live sessions on various online platforms (TikTok and Shopee) for Pets.twentyone.
- Introduce, promote, and demonstrate product features to drive purchases.
- Engage and interact with viewers, provide professional advice and answer enquiries.
- Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases during Live Streaming.
- Drive audience participation through activities like giveaways, challenges, and Q&A.
- Collaborate with the brand & marketing team to plan and execute livestream campaigns.
- Continuously improve livestream performance and audience engagement.
- Occasionally conduct live sessions at Pets.twentyone physical outlets (own transport required).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in live hosting.
- Prior experience as a TikTok content creator, social media influencer or live stream host is a plus.
- Fluent in Malay and able to communicate in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Confident on-camera, with great communication and engaging presence.
- Familiar with TikTok & Shopee Live tools, features, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with ability to craft simple scripts and real-time interaction.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends & public holidays.
- Must have own transport, as live sessions may be conducted at different outlets.
- Passionate about pets; prior experience in the pet or related retail industry is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and confidence on camera are encouraged to apply.
