Position: Customer Service (Banking) - English speaker
Location: Kuala Lumpur; accessible by public transport
Working hours: 24/7 rotational shift
**Salary**: RM3,000 - RM3,800 (basic) + RM300 - RM450 (shift allowance) + RM200 (fixed allowance after training completed)
*Salary non-negotiable
**Requirements**:
- SPM and above
- Able to speak, read and write in good English
- Experience in customer service experience is good to have
- Credit in SPM;
**Responsibilities**:
- Skilled in managing a variety of banking inquiries to effectively support customers with their banking needs.
- Responsible for handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions as needed.
- Consistently delivering a positive customer experience by taking ownership and striving for first-call resolution.
- Upholding company values and behaviors in every customer interaction, ensuring transparency and integrity through open and honest communication.
- Prioritizing customers' immediate needs while proactively anticipating their future requirements and preferences.
- Embracing innovation and technological advancements to enhance service delivery, work more efficiently, and engage with customers in a more sustainable manner.
- Displaying resilience under pressure, adeptly adapting to critical work demands with flexibility.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the risks associated with the role and responsibilities, and the impact these risks have.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,450.00 per month
