**Join Our Team as an Admin/HR Assistant**

Are you detail-oriented and proactive? We’re looking for an Admin/HR Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks at our office in **Diamond Square, off Jalan Gombak, 53000 Kuala Lumpur**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the renewal of contract agreements and prepare proposals.
- Renew licenses with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Ensure all company licenses are up to date and compliant.
- Oversee company and directors' motor vehicles, office equipment, stationery, and staff uniforms.
- Assist with HR tasks, including recruitment, tracking staff attendance, and addressing general inquiries.
- Prepare reports as needed to keep our operations running smoothly.
- Take on any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor to help our team succeed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all levels of staff.
- A hardworking attitude and willingness to work long hours.

**Immediate Hiring**
**Salary**: RM 2,300.00 (negotiable)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
