**Job Scope**:

- To ensure smooth daily operations within the Attractions as well as the Recreations department
- To be responsible for proper opening and closing of the KidZania park to ensure that the facility operates within the agreed schedule and that the safety and satisfaction of KidZania guests are prioritized
- To liaise with other departments to ensure the park operations run smoothly on schedule
- To prioritize, communicate, assign or delegate responsibilities to direct reports to ensure that their department operates at an efficient level, producing high quality results
- To control and maintain stocks and inventories, related to their department, responsibly to ensure their department can operate smoothly
- To properly maintain and cerate records and documentations with accurate and up to date information according to company and legal standards when required
- To constantly look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department by suggesting improvements wherever needed
- To carry out duties as tasked with a professional attitude, ensuring that KidZania service standards, objectives and code of conduct are met or exceeded at all times

**Requirements**:

- Proven Supervisor experience
- Requires a recognized professional qualification in leisure/travel/tourism industry experience
- Efficient customer interaction
- Sound knowledge of duty roster organization
- Comprehensive understanding of opening and closing
- Leadership and management skills
- Communication skills
- Reporting skills
- Computer literate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
