**Position Overview**

The Product Specialist will play a key role in driving awareness, adoption, and sales of our innovative stem cell products and services. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), aesthetic/wellness clinics, and hospitals, while providing scientific and commercial support that aligns with CBR’s growth strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within assigned territories.
- Engage and build strong relationships with medical practitioners, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Deliver scientific presentations, product knowledge sessions, and clinical evidence updates to potential partners and clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including onboarding new clinics and wellness partners.
- Work closely with the marketing and clinical teams to support promotional campaigns, seminars, and workshops.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in regenerative medicine.
- Provide timely sales reporting, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, medical ethics, and regulatory guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong interest and understanding of regenerative medicine, stem cells, or advanced therapies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to travel locally and regionally as required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
