Key Duties & Responsibilities: -Support the team in ideating, planning, coordinating, and activating campaigns including marketing collaterals, events, and other marketing initiatives that drive customer and prospect engagement and generate demand for products and services. -Create and develop brand awareness. -Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and campaigns. -Draft descriptive creative briefs to hand to copywriters and designers. -To work with relevant departments such as the Supply Chain, Admin, and Account in ensuring marketing campaigns are properly executed. -To generate and prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. -Track marketing performance and return on investment. -Research market/ industry/ competitor information for marketing and idea development to raise brand awareness and capture a qualified lead. -Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Management. Requirements: -Preferably with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or Mass Communications Advertising, or equivalent. -Minimum with 3 years of experience in the field. -Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. -Strong organizing and communication skills, able to work with minimum supervision, with good problem-solving skills. -Having event planning experience will be an added advantage.
