**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Front Desk Duties**
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage visitor logbook and guide them to the appropriate departments.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.

**2. Communication & Correspondence**
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

**3. Student & Staff Support**
- Provide students and parents with basic information (e.g., office hours, directions, general queries).
- Direct inquiries to relevant departments such as Registrar, Finance, or Student Affairs.
- Support student services by distributing forms or notices.

**4. Administrative Assistance**
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and simple data entry tasks.
- Help in preparing documents and notices as instructed by supervisors.
- Support administrative staff during college events or busy periods.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum **Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree** in Administration, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the college environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
