TECHNICIAN (MOULD MAINTENANCE)

Job Scope:
To ensure that all Molds used in the manufacturing process area operating correctly and efficiently. Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining Molds used in the production.

Job Purpose:

- To inspect moulds and die castings for quality and adherence to specification.
- To evaluate and optimize mold performance.
- To conduct improvement on moulds to avoid unplanned downtime.
- To analyze casting defects such as porosity, flash, underfill and determining if they are caused by mould issues.
- To identify problems such as poor cooling, sticking parts or misalignment of mould halves.
- To assist with the installation and setup of moulds on die-casting machines
- To maintain detailed records of mould repairs, maintenance and modifications.

Job Benefits:

- Elaun Shift - sehari (siang RM 2.80, malam RM 5.50)
- Elaun Shift sekiranya OT - sehari (siang RM 3.50, malam RM 7.00)
- Elaun OT (mengikut kadar piawaian Akta Kerja 1955)
- Elaun Makanan - sehari (OT atas 2jam = RM 4.00)
- Elaun Makanan - sehari (OT atas 4jam = RM 8.00)

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
