**Responsibility**:
**1. Team Supervision and Training**
Oversee daily staff activities, ensure proper shift scheduling, and provide ongoing training to maintain high service standards.

**2. Customer Service Management**
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience and encouraging repeat business.

**3. Inventory and Supply Management**
Monitor stock levels, place supply orders, and minimize waste to maintain smooth cafe operations and cost control.

**4. Operational and Hygiene Standards**

Ensure the cafe complies with health, safety, and cleanliness regulations while maintaining quality and presentation standards.

**Working Days**: 6 Days/Week
**Working Hours**: 10.30am-8.30pm
**Off Day**: Every Tuesday

**Requirement**:
**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or food service environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

**Skills**
- **Leadership & Team Management**: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Ability to handle customer feedback professionally and ensure a high standard of service.
- **Communication Skills** : Clear verbal and written communication for coordinating staff and interacting with customers.
- **Problem-Solving** : Quick thinking and effective decision-making in day-to-day operations or during unexpected situations.

**Other Requirements**
- **Basic Knowledge of Food Safety** : Familiarity with hygiene standards and safe food handling practices (food handler’s certificate is often preferred).
- **Flexibility** : Willing to work on weekends, and public holidays as needed.
