Familiar with the operation management process of private equity fund products, and be able to independently and successfully establish private fund products, legal documents, fund filing, information disclosure, accounting, etc. 2. Lead the Fund Accounting Team in all requested areas. 3. Familiar with fund raising and project financing process, able to independently calculate project financing and capital budget. 4. Carry out post-investment follow-up of investment projects, regularly issue investment reports and financial statements, and conduct information disclosure in accordance with the requirements of the fund. 5. Assist the investment team to carry out project due diligence, investment IRR calculation, financial and tax planning, etc. **Qualifications**: **Requirement**: - Education Background: >> Bacherlor's Degree or Master's degree, majoring in finance, economics.- Experience: >> Fimiliar with the operation and management process of private equity, and have complete experience in project investment, financing and management. - >> Must have financial working experience, familiar with the financial accounting and tax planning of private equity and have M&A projecl experience.- Require Skill: >> Good proficiency of MS software (Words, Excel, Power Point)- Others: >> Able to work independently without much supervision. - >> Strong sense of responsibility and initiative. - >> Strong communication and organizational skills. - >> Fluent in spoken and written Chinese or English in business level.- **English Level**: **Other Language**: Mandarin, English **Additional Information**: **Benefit**: - Salary = RM 6,000 ~ RM 8,000- AL, MC = 14 days **This is the first Fund Manager role in Malaysia office - **Benefits and Employee Welfare will be discussed and decided upon hiring of this role- **Working Hour**: **Holiday**: **Job Function**: - Fund/Investment Management
