**Job Title**: Business Architect

**Experience** - 6+ Years

**Location**: KL, Malaysia

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Business Architecture Development**:

- Develop and maintain current and target-state business architectures.
- Identify opportunities to align IT and business strategies, boosting efficiency and competitiveness.

**Leadership in Business Capabilities**:

- Lead discussions with business stakeholders to understand their evolving needs.
- Drive initiatives that convert business requirements into architectural designs, fueling business transformation.

**Governance and Standards Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enterprise-wide architecture frameworks.
- Oversee the implementation of business architecture standards across various projects.

**Innovation and Research**:

- Stay informed on global banking trends and developments.
- Conduct research on future trends and analyze potential business impacts.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build strong, collaborative relationships with key business and IT stakeholders.
- Communicate architectural plans and strategies effectively across the organization.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- **10+ years** of experience in business architecture within financial services.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale business architecture projects aligned with IT initiatives.

**Desired Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in **TOGAF** or similar architectural frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of global banking processes and challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

Pay: RM7,066.63 - RM17,000.00 per month
