CNC Machinist Job Description
- Responsible for production to achieve production target.
- Communicate with operators on requirement and target.
- Replace SOP, WI, Control Plan in the working station.
- Ensure machining jig, tooling prepared before production.
- Responsible 5S/cleanliness at production line and company’s facilities.
- Ensure SOP, WI, Control Plan and Drawing was return to production office after completion.
- Prepare SOP, WI, Control Plan and Drawing for production before machining.
- Machine setting (CNC Turning, Milling and Drill & Tapping)
- Carry out quality checking on the products machined by operator.
- Continuously work to reduce operating cost by optimizing resources.
- To oversee its subordinates discipline and work performance.
- To assist Production Supervisor 5S management and monitoring.
- To monitoring operator daily machine maintenance activity.
- Report shortage of material to Production Supervisor
- Report WIP material store quantity to Production Supervisor
- Report machine breakdown
- Complete Daily Production Productivity Control Sheet for Production Supervisor
- Production Productivity Control Sheet
- CNC Preventive Maintenance Checksheet
- Machine Problem Report
- Training operator and work performance
- Improve cycle time
- Check quality of operator

REQUIREMENT
- Able to understand engineering drawing and tolerance
- Know tooling usage and process involve
- Know how to retrieve program from the CNC machine
- Know how to set-up CNC machine e.g. fix jaw, clamping, tool holder etc
- Know the standard Parameters
- Good in basic Mathematic
- Able to work flexible hour
- Able to identified cause of problem from machine
- Able to detect abnormality at machine
- Endurance to stand all the time
- Minimum 1 year experience in operation of CNC machine
- Able to used and read measuring equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
