**Job Scope / Responsibilities**

1. Employee Record Management
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR databases (local & foreign workers).
- Ensure all records (physical & digital) are complete, accurate, and confidential.

2. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor leave balances and notify HR on discrepancies.

3. Recruitment Support
- Assist in job posting, screening basic resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.

4. Payroll Support
- Assist in compiling attendance and overtime records for payroll processing.
- Help ensure employee claims and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) are in order.

5. Foreign Worker Management
- Maintain records of foreign workers' passports, permits, and visa expiry dates.
- Assist in the renewal process of work permits and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
- Liaise with immigration, embassies, and government agencies when needed.

6. HR Documentation & Filing
- Prepare HR letters (confirmation, warning, resignation, etc.).
- File and organize all HR-related documents systematically.

7. General HR Admin Duties
- Answer HR-related queries from employees.
- Support HR activities such as staff engagement programs or training arrangements.

8. Other tasks as assigned.
- Perform ad-hoc HR or admin duties when required.

**Requirement**
- Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Business Admin or HR-related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing.
- Able to handle confidential matters responsibly.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience handling foreign worker documentation is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
